Lily loves the ocean and spends her days swimming in its bright blue waters. One morning, she meets Silver, a dolphin with shimmering silver fins and a friendly chirp. Silver invites Lily to explore the underwater world, and together they discover colorful coral and swaying sea plants. Their adventure takes a turn when they encounter Pip, a tiny seahorse with a crown of white shells, who desperately needs help: the underwater passage is blocked by fallen rocks, trapping sea plants and little fish inside.
Lily and Silver quickly team up to clear the passage. Silver pushes the larger rocks with her strong nose, while Lily wiggles the smaller ones free. Pip cheers them on and brings tiny shells to help prop up stones. As they work, Lily learns that the sea plants and fish are part of the ocean family and must be protected. Despite tired arms, Lily keeps smiling, knowing that teamwork is the key. When they face a rock too heavy to move alone, they count to three and push together, finally opening the passage and freeing their friends.

A Chapter from the Book
The Girl and the Silver Dolphin - Author : Ebru Mina TOMURCUK
Lily loved the ocean more than anything. Every morning, she pulled on her bright yellow swimsuit with orange stripes and pushed her blue goggles up on her forehead. With her small red waterproof backpack, she was ready for adventure. The ocean sparkled under the sun, and Lily couldn't wait to dive in. She knew the sea held wonderful secrets, just waiting to be discovered. 1
As Lily swam in the bright blue water, something caught her eye. A dolphin leaped high into the air, its fins shimmering silver in the sunlight. The dolphin's sleek grey-blue body gleamed, and it wore a woven seaweed bracelet on one fin. Lily waved, and the dolphin swam closer, its dark eyes bright and friendly. "Hello!" Lily called. The dolphin smiled its smooth beak and chirped happily. 2
"I'm Silver," the dolphin said. "Would you like to see something amazing?" Lily nodded, her wet black hair sticking to her cheeks. She followed Silver through the clear water, past colorful coral and swaying sea plants. Silver's silver fins sparkled like tiny stars. They swam deeper, where the water was cool and quiet. Lily felt brave and curious, ready for anything. 3
Suddenly, a tiny voice called out. "Help! Help!" It was Pip, a little seahorse with a pastel pink body and big round amber eyes. Pip wore a tiny crown of white shells and looked worried. "The underwater passage is blocked!" Pip said. "Sea plants and little fish are trapped inside!" Lily and Silver exchanged a look. They knew they had to help. 4
Silver led the way to the passage. It was a narrow tunnel through the rocks, but big stones had fallen and blocked it. Lily could see the trapped fish swimming anxiously behind the rocks. "We need to move these rocks," Silver said. "But they're too heavy for me alone." Lily thought for a moment. "We can work together!" she said. "Teamwork!" 5
Lily and Silver got to work. Silver pushed the larger rocks with her strong nose, while Lily wiggled the smaller ones free. The water swirled around them as they moved stone after stone. Pip cheered from a safe spot, clapping tiny fins. "You're doing it!" Pip called. Lily's goggles slipped, but she pushed them back up and kept working. The passage began to clear. 6
As they worked, Lily noticed colorful sea plants waving behind the rocks. Little fish darted back and forth, waiting for their home to be free. Silver said, "These plants and fish are part of our ocean family. We must protect them." Lily nodded. "We will!" she said. Together, they rolled a big rock away, and a little fish swam out, wiggling with joy. 7
The sun shone through the water, making Silver's fins sparkle even more. Lily felt happy working beside her new friend. They moved rock after rock, never giving up. Pip brought tiny shells to help prop up smaller stones. "Almost there!" Pip encouraged. Lily's arms were tired, but she smiled her gaptoothed smile. She knew they could do it together. 8
Finally, the last big rock was too heavy. Lily pushed and Silver pushed, but it wouldn't budge. "We need to push at the same time," Lily said. "On three!" They counted together: "One, two, three!" With a big shove, the rock rolled away. The passage was open! Water flowed freely, and the trapped fish swam out in a happy rush. 9
The sea plants stretched their leaves, and the little fish swirled around Lily and Silver. "Thank you!" they seemed to say. Pip did a happy dance, twirling its curled tail. "You saved our passage!" Pip cheered. Lily laughed, and Silver clicked her beak joyfully. The ocean felt happy and free again. Lily knew that working together had made all the difference. 10
Silver gave Lily a gentle nudge with her beak. "You are a true friend of the ocean," she said. Lily hugged Silver's smooth neck. "We did it together," she said. Pip swam up and placed a tiny shell in Lily's hand. "A gift from the passage," Pip said. Lily's eyes sparkled. She would keep it forever, a reminder of their teamwork. 11
As they swam back to the reef, Silver said, "Whenever the ocean needs help, we can work as a team." Lily nodded. "I'll always protect the sea," she promised. The water sparkled around them, and Silver's silver fins shimmered like diamonds. Lily felt proud and happy. She had learned that cooperation protects nature and all its creatures. 12
Back at the surface, Lily waved goodbye to Silver and Pip. "See you tomorrow!" she called. Silver leaped high, her silver fins flashing in the sun. Pip blew a tiny kiss. Lily climbed onto the warm sand, her red backpack dripping. She looked at the ocean and smiled. The sea was free, and she had helped make it that way. 13
That evening, Lily told her family about her adventure. "We moved rocks and freed the fish!" she said, her eyes shining. Her parents smiled. "You worked as a team," her mom said. "That's how we protect our beautiful ocean." Lily nodded. She couldn't wait to see Silver and Pip again. She knew they would always be friends. 14
The next morning, Lily put on her yellow swimsuit and blue goggles. She ran to the beach, ready for more adventures. Silver was waiting, her silver fins sparkling in the sunlight. "Ready to explore?" Silver asked. Lily grinned. "Always!" she said. Together, they swam into the bright blue ocean, ready to help whenever they were needed.
