In a cozy woodland full of tall trees and soft moss, a little fox with warm russet-orange fur and a cream chest lives happily. Every evening, he hums a special lullaby his grandmother used to sing to him. But one morning, when he tries to sing it, the melody has slipped away. He remembers the words and the gentle feeling, but the tune is gone. His big amber eyes look sad, and his fluffy white-tipped tail droops low.

Three small birds with soft blue and yellow feathers flutter down and offer to help. They hum a gentle tune, but the rhythm is missing. Two rabbits with soft grey-brown fur hop over and tap a steady beat. The birds hum along, and Little Fox tries to sing, but some notes are still missing. Then the Wind, a swirl of pale-blue air with a faint smiling face, whispers that it remembers the song and helps fill in the missing notes. Together, they practice all afternoon, and the melody grows clearer. But one tricky part remains, and Little Fox must close his eyes and remember his grandmother's warm smile to finally sing the whole song.

This heartwarming story teaches children about the value of friendship, teamwork, and the power of memory. It shows that even when something seems lost, friends can help us find it again. The book is perfect for young readers who enjoy animal tales and stories about cooperation and love.

The Fox's Forgotten Song - Author : Ebru Mina TOMURCUK

In a cozy woodland full of tall trees and soft moss, lived a little fox with warm russet-orange fur and a cream chest. He wore a soft green scarf with a tiny acorn pattern. Every evening, he loved to hum a special lullaby his grandmother used to sing to him. But one morning, when he tried to sing it, the melody had slipped away. 1

Little Fox sat by a big oak tree and sighed. He remembered the words and the gentle feeling of the song, but the tune was gone. His big amber eyes looked sad. "I can't remember Grandma's lullaby," he whispered. "It was my favorite song in the whole world." His fluffy white-tipped tail drooped low. 2

Just then, three small birds with soft blue and yellow feathers fluttered down. They had round, plump bodies and bright black eyes. "Don't worry, Little Fox," they chirped. "We know many songs. Maybe we can help you find yours!" They perched on a low branch and tilted their tiny heads, ready to listen. 3

Little Fox tried to hum a few notes, but they came out all wrong. "It started like this," he said, and hummed a little. The birds listened closely. "Hmm, that sounds a bit like a morning tune," said one bird. "Let's try humming it together," said another. They began to hum softly, but it wasn't quite right yet. 4

The birds hummed a gentle tune, but the rhythm was missing. Just then, two rabbits with soft grey-brown fur hopped over. They had long upright ears and wore simple woven grass bracelets. "We heard you humming," said the first rabbit. "We can tap a beat to help!" The second rabbit nodded and wiggled its pink nose. 5

The rabbits tapped their paws on the soft ground—tap, tap, tap —a steady, gentle beat. The birds hummed along, and Little Fox tried to sing. It sounded better, but some notes were still missing. "It needs something soft and whispery," said Little Fox. "Like the wind in the trees." He looked around, hoping for help. 6

As if by magic, a gentle breeze swirled around them. It was the Wind, shown as a swirl of pale-blue air with soft white wisps and a faint smiling face. "I heard you, Little Fox," whispered the Wind. "I remember your grandmother's song. Let me help you fill in the missing notes." The Wind blew a soft, gentle sound. 7

The Wind whispered a lilting melody, and the birds hummed it back. The rabbits tapped the beat, and Little Fox listened with all his heart. Slowly, the tune began to feel familiar. "Yes! That's it!" he cried. "I remember that part!" His amber eyes sparkled with hope. They tried again, and it sounded even better. 8

They practiced together all afternoon. The birds hummed the high notes, the rabbits tapped the low beat, and the Wind filled in the gentle sounds. Little Fox sang the words his grandmother had taught him. Each time, the melody grew clearer. "I'm remembering more and more!" he said happily. His fluffy tail began to wag. 9

But there was still one tricky part—a little jump in the tune that Little Fox couldn't quite catch. He tried and tried, but it kept slipping away. "Don't give up," said the birds. "We'll help you," said the rabbits. The Wind swirled gently around him. "Listen closely," it whispered. "The notes are there, hiding in your memory." 10

Little Fox closed his eyes and thought of his grandmother's warm smile. He thought of the way she sang to him at bedtime, her voice soft and kind. Then, with his friends humming and tapping around him, he opened his mouth and sang. The melody flowed out, clear and true. "I remember!" he shouted. "I remember the whole song!" 11

The birds chirped with joy, the rabbits thumped their paws, and the Wind swirled in a happy dance. "You did it!" they all cheered. Little Fox's heart felt light and warm. He sang the lullaby again, and this time his friends joined in. The woodland was filled with the sweet, gentle song. 12

That evening, all the woodland friends gathered around the big oak tree. Little Fox stood on a mossy stump and sang his grandmother's lullaby for everyone to hear. His voice was clear and sweet. The birds hummed along, the rabbits tapped the beat, and the Wind whispered softly. Everyone listened with happy smiles. 13

When the song ended, the animals clapped and cheered. "Thank you, my friends," said Little Fox. "I thought I had lost the song forever, but you helped me find it again." The birds, the rabbits, and the Wind all glowed with pride. "That's what friends are for," they said. "Memories are safer when we share them." 14

From that day on, Little Fox never forgot his grandmother's lullaby. He sang it every evening, and sometimes his friends would join in. The birds would hum, the rabbits would tap, and the Wind would whisper. And Little Fox learned that even when memories feel lost, friends can help bring them back. 15

So if you ever forget something special, remember Little Fox and his woodland friends. A song, a story, or a happy memory can be kept safe when friends help each other. And somewhere in the cozy woodland, under the big oak tree, you might just hear a little fox singing his grandmother's lullaby, with the birds, the rabbits, and the Wind singing along.
